To all out there looking for a hotel in Vadodara. It was my first time Vadodara and I decided to Book at the Hyatt Place. We had 2 rooms - One for an elderly (my father) and another for my family of 3 (Wife and Kid of 8 years). I would like to tell everyone out there that Hyatt Place Staff (and I mean absolutely everyone) went beyond their means to make our 10 day stay at the hotel absolutely comfortable. The Dinning Experience was absolutely fabulous and you will be surprised with the variety of cuisines available albeit Breakfast or Dinner. Absolutely delicious. Room service is available 24 hours too. And the service was far far above my expectations. The swimming pool is refreshing and the steam room was exceptional. I would like to thank all the Receptions staff who assisted us in all our requirements including print outs, cab assistance and all. I would like to mention Soheil for helping us out on various occasions especially making it to the Ahmedabad airport on time. This location is absolutely fabulous and you can get into Alkapuri or anywhere in Vadodara quite easily. I frequented to Mandvi from the Hotel for a little work and also frequented to Inorbit Mall and Alkapuri with easy but was happy to be away from there in the evenings. Look no further then Hyatt Place if you are planning a stay in Vadodara. I for one and my family will absolutely will be choosing to stay at the Hyatt Place when we return to India.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the morning breakfast buffet and all the restaurant staff. There was always a wide variety of wonderful dishes and you could even special order omelets, puris, etc. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service was impeccable. We would particularly like to thank Roshni, Chef Santu, Rajkumar, and Munavver for all they did to make our week there so enjoyable. We will be happy to stay there again the next time we are in Vadodara!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Arpan and Sulabh who guided us through the hotel and made our stay enjoyable with their constant help. Additionally the food was palatable, with Mr. Sanju being very understanding and preparing delicious custom orders.Would highly recommend him if you have a knack for sweets. The resturant management by Mr. Harish was also quite commendable. Lastly the rooms met the expectations and werequite comfortable. The facilities at the pool and gym are awesome as well!

Location was good. Walking distance to a few other restaurants in the area. The staff were wonderful. Everyone made our family feel very welcome. Special shout out to the dining area team. Mr Hanish and his team, including Santu, Roshni, Rajkumar, Pushultam (the chai tea maker), really took the time to make everyone’s breakfast personalized. They remembered our drink and meal preferences and came by frequently to see if we needed anything else.

In hotels its practically an upheal task to maintain/sustain food quality. Shows there is some serious management behind it.
